Required Documents for Interview
Candidates must carry copies of the following documents:
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Copies of Grade 10 and 12 mark sheets
Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Students who have secured 80% or higher in their Grade 12 Board Exams and missed the Phase I entrance exam are eligible to apply for this program.
Exclusion: Students who have already appeared for the Phase I examination are not eligible to participate in Phase II.
Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their Grade 12 merit. Selected students will be contacted individually via telephone for an interview.
Final Selection: Final admission into the program will be determined based on the candidate’s performance during the interview.
Coaching Format: Due to a lack of available space at the PMET Hostel, selected students will undergo online coaching from home. The coaching will be provided by RCI Coaching Center (CA Ravi Chhavchharia).Classes will be started form 28/05/2026
Security Deposit: Selected students (male/female) are required to deposit a tuition fee of Rs. 25,000/-. This amount will be fully refunded to students upon passing the CA Foundation January-2027 exam in the first attempt with a score of 220 or higher.

ઇન્ટરવ્યૂ સમયે સાથે લાવવાના દસ્તાવેજ:
- પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝ ફોટોગ્રાફ
- આધાર કાર્ડની નકલ
- ધોરણ 10 અને 12 ના પરિણામની નકલ
પ્રોગ્રામની શરતો
- જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ધોરણ 12ની બોર્ડની પરીક્ષામાં 80% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ આવેલ હોય અને પ્રથમ તબક્કાની પરીક્ષા આપવાનું ચૂકી ગયેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ પ્રોગ્રામ હેઠળ અરજી કરી શકે છે.
- જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પ્રથમ તબક્કામાં પરીક્ષા આપી ચૂક્યા છે તેઓ બીજા તબક્કાની પરીક્ષા આપી શકશે નહીં.
- કુલ અરજીઓ પૈકી ધોરણ 12ના મેરિટના આધારે નક્કી કર્યા મુજબના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વ્યક્તિગત ફોન કરીને ઇન્ટરવ્યૂ માટે બોલાવવામાં આવશે.
- ઇન્ટરવ્યૂના પ્રદર્શનના આધારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પ્રોગ્રામમાં પસંદગી કરવામાં આવશે.
- PMET ની હોસ્ટેલમાં જગ્યા ન હોવાથી પસંદગી પામેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઘરેથી ઓનલાઇન કોચિંગ કરવાનું રહેશે જે CA રવિ છાવછરીયાની RCI કોચિંગ સેન્ટર દ્વારા આપવામાં આવશે. ઓનલાઇન વર્ગો તા. 28/05/2026 થી શરૂ કરવામાં આવશે.
- પસંદગી પામેલ વિદ્યાર્થી/વિદ્યાર્થિનીએ ટ્યુશન ફીસના રૂ. 25,000/- જમા કરાવવાનાં રહેશે જે CA ફાઉન્ડેશનની પરીક્ષા જાન્યુઆરી-2027 માં પ્રથમ પ્રયાસે 220 કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ સાથે પાસ કર્યા બાદ પરત કરવામાં આવશે.
